ISLAMABAD: Representatives of the Ankara-based TED University on Sunday announced substantial scholarships for Pakistani students enrolled in 23 undergraduate and 17 graduate programs starting in the fall 2024 semester.
Representatives of TED University's foreign programs revealed at the Devcom-Pakistan webinar on Sunday that new recruits will get scholarships ranging from 25 to 100 percent depending on their educational status and other requirements.
Pakistani students will also not have to take the GRE or English Language Proficiency tests. In the opinion of Can Öney of the International Program Office, TED is one of the best institutions in Ankara, with faculty members with excellent credentials who are there to help learners when they need them.
Numerous free facilities are available on campus to promote student learning, well-being, and recreational activities.
While undergraduate programs offered under the five faculties cut across courses comprising business administration, economics, political science international relations, psychology, computer science, psychology, sociology, and English language, and literature, other courses incorporated are English language and literature, computer engineering, and electrical and electronics engineering, industrial design, interior architecture and environmental design, visual communication design, guidance and psychological counseling, and mathematics education, etc.
The speaker also mentioned that the graduate programs which comprise Applied Data Science, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Studies, Industrial Engineering, English Language Education, Developmentally Focused Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, Economics, Economics and Finance, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, engineering management, interactive computing and information systems, management in educational institutions, migration studies, and psychological counseling and guidance.
Oni indicated that TED University has over 5,000 students and the faculty-to-student ratio is 24:1, which translates to small and plenty of individual attention for each student.
